The Refugee committee of America International conference on STANDING AGAINST RACISM is an annual international conference.
It is anticipated that this year?s event and conference in Washington DC and Guinea-Bissau respectively will attract over
3000 participants from different works of life.
Our Event/Conference is free, participation is solely based on invitation, as an invitee, you must partake in both the
opening session in United States and the closing session in Guinea Bissau. All applicants must apply in a group of three /
five from each country. Unlike last years program the R.C.O.A. will provide accommodation for all participants in Washington
DC. USA, while all participants are advised to make their hotel reservation in Guinea-Bissau with CASTELLO HOTEL.
CASTELLO HOTEL (GUINEA-BISSAU) All invited participants are advised to book their hotel reservation with the Refugee Committee
of America approved Hotel in Guinea-Bissau - CASTELLO HOTEL www.castellohotel.xaper.com Phone (245) 667 16 14. It is advised that you apply and pay for your reservation directly to the hotel management through
western union. A copy of this payment slip should be faxed or sent through e-mail attachment to our administrative secretariat
in Washington for record purposes. The management of CASTELLO HOTEL will send a hotel reservation form to you as soon as you
apply for reservation. We will provide free tickets and visas assistance to the first registered 300 groups.

Note that registration for our forth-coming event/conference is free. You are advised to apply to Dr. Pedro Jose Greer
for registration form. You are to fill in the necessary information on the registration form and submit to our administrative
secretariat in Washington DC along with the western union payment slip for your reservation and the completed reservation
form that will be given to you by the management of CASTELLO HOTEL as soon as you apply for reservation. Ensure you make your
hotel reservations for the closing session in Guinea Bissau, as it is one of the criteria qualifying your participation.
You are expected to submit your completed registration form and a hotel reservation confirmation receipt showing that you
have fully booked for your reservation in Guinea-Bissau on or before the registration deadline.
